Rosemary Kulia holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Kampala International University and a Certificate in Behavioural Change and Conflict Resolution from Makerere University, Uganda.
A member of the South Sudan Bar Association, Rosemary brings to her practice a background that cuts across legal advocacy, human rights, and social justice. She has worked with NGOs including Steward Women Legal Aid, where she focused on legal lobbying and advocacy, and her training in anti-corruption, good governance, and conflict resolution informs how she approaches complex legal challenges.
Her practice covers labour law, alternative dispute resolution, domestic relations, commercial law, corporate governance, intellectual property, and real estate. She is particularly committed to child rights advocacy, including issues of child marginalization, trafficking, and sexual abuse. That combination of technical legal skill and genuine dedication to the people most in need of protection makes her a standout member of the firm.
