Petra Anyiya Rumunu is a Senior Associate at South Sudan Associated Advocates (SSAA), with a practice focused on corporate and commercial law, litigation, employment and labour relations, and dispute resolution. She advises local and international clients on regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), and complex commercial disputes, including high-profile arbitration matters.

Petra holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Kampala International University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Uganda, and a Certificate in Intellectual Property from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). She is an Advocate of the Courts of South Sudan and an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda, and has a keen interest in corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, and legal reform.
